TrustData released a series of charts stating how popular is Singles’ Day to Chinese netizens.

Highlights

  1. There were more daily active users on JingDong (16 million) than Tmall (12 million) on 2015 Singles Day

DAU on JD and Tmall

2. VIP.com and Mogujie attracted similar amounts of DAU (daily active users)- 7 million

DAU on VIP and Mogujie

3. Successful orders on Taobao total 244.9 million and Tmall 15.65 million
